What is included in a medical check-up at Biotest?
Typically a complete blood count, blood glucose, lipid profile, liver and kidney function, and urinalysis. The exact scope depends on your age, symptoms and the advice of health professionals.
Do I need to fast before a blood test?
It depends on the test. Some require several hours of fasting, others do not. Plain water is usually still allowed. Please confirm with us on WhatsApp first.
How long do results take?
It varies by test. Some can be collected the same day, while others take several days because the process genuinely requires it, such as microbiology cultures.
What are Biotest opening hours?
All branches open at 6 AM. Closing times differ by city: Bandung until 9 PM, Surabaya until 8 PM, Jakarta until 4 PM. Saturday hours differ — see the Locations page.
