Is parking available?
Yes, Biotest branches have parking areas. Capacity varies by location — for city-centre branches, arriving early is usually more comfortable.
Are results explained?
Yes. Results are delivered with an explanation you can understand, including what the reference ranges mean. Laboratory results support diagnosis and do not replace consultation with a doctor.
Can testing be done at home?
Biotest offers a Home Service for sample collection at home. Availability depends on the area and the type of test, so please confirm via WhatsApp first.
